The Virtuosa Quartet is a striking convergence of four musicians dedicated to expressing their vivid personalities through music. Classically trained, but in touch with modern trends, these four women from very different backgrounds are united by the desire to share their irrepressible passion for music making.
The Virtuosa Quartet performs regularly in France in many prestigious venues, such as the Hotel George V, the Pullman Hotel, the Cité des Sciences in Paris, the Orangerie at the Chateau de Versailles, the «CUBE» convention centre in Troyes, and the Palais Beaumont in Pau. Virtuosa also performs abroad, at the Sheraton Hotel in Algiers for example, or for gala nights in Malaga and Basel. |
The quartet’s repertoire is eclectic; a reflection of the times. The abiding sounds of Bach, Mozart and Vivaldi coalesce with the wild rhythms of traditional Celtic music and Klezmer themes, boisterous film soundtracks like Pulp Fiction, and fresh, instantly recognisable chart-toppers.
